Chakri Palace Dorsett Hartamas Ramadan Buffet Review and Reason to book it
Updated: Mar 26
At Chakri Palace, people know they are famous for their Thai food that serves only the freshest organic product with NO MSG, artificial PRESERVATIVE and low cholesterol cooking oil. That way the food becomes very delicious and maintains high-quality. Always.
And this Ramadan, Chakri Palace Sky View Dorsett Hotel Hartamas, gonna have a "Tantalizing Taste of Thailand" buffet. What a good news to people who always crave for Thai food during Ramadan like I do. The masam-masam manis in Thai cook is really Mmm. Gulp.
Chakri Palace Dorsett Hartamas will engage your senses to be amazed at an ever-scrumptious spread of more than 50 modern and authentic Thai and local favorite dishes. Their famous ulam-ulam and Kerabu such as Thai Mango Salad, Somtam and famous Thai appetizer with seven ingredients " Mieng Kam" is a MUST!
For the main course, they have many Thai cuisine selections such as lamb in Thai Green Curry, Steamed Seabass in lime and chili, Ayam Pandan and many more. However, their live-action stall is noteworthy and people will repeatedly go as there are Tom yam Noodle with lots of seafood, Spicy Thai Laksa and Satay. All the Malaysian favorite.
Enough with food already. Writing about it makes me hungry at this hour (0050).
How about the facilities? The view? The seating?
For the facilities like restroom and Surau, they don't have their dedicated place but the customer is allowed to use Dorsett Hotel restroom and surau for maghrib prayer. And for parking, I simply park at Plaza Damas 3 Basement Parking which is very near and stroller friendly route.
The thing I like the most about this restaurant is their view. No wonder Chakri Palace Dorsett Hartamas is called Place with a Million Dollar view. At 27 floors rooftop, you can directly see Istana Negara, KL City and Mont Kiara city as your view. Isn't it great?
And for the seating, I think it is limited but in a good way. It makes people feel more exclusive and luxurious. Book a VIP room if you need more privacy.
A chance to eat very delicious Thai food, in the rooftop with the most expensive view. What an extravagance!
At the price of RM70.40 for early bird. I think it is soooo worth it. You can even belanja your parent to berbuka here. They must be so happy.
Normal rate = RM88++ per pax, children RM48. Early bird got 20% discount.
Have you tried another outlet of Chakri Palace? Let me know about it. I'm craving for more Thai food.
